If due to any circumstances or personal reasons you have to cancel your Pilgrimage tour, the cancellation request must be sent to us in writing, duly signed by the individual seeking cancellation to – Goldenavatar Ventures Private Limited, ISKCON PILGRIMAGES office, ISKCON Temple, Bangalore or email to us at iskcon.pilgrimages@iskconbangalore.org
The following cancellation charges shall be payable by the pilgrim on cancellation of the pilgrimage:
If the passengers discontinue journey while on tour should be given by writing, unused portion of the tour amount will not be refunded. If the pilgrimage is cancelled solely by us (without any external reasons like natural disaster, government orders, weather and climatic changes, War or threat of war, accidents causing delays, exceptional weather conditions, fire and/or damage at a station, compliance with requests to the police, customs (or) other government officials and security services, deaths and accident, vandalism and terrorism, unforeseen traffic delays, strike/industrial action, riot or local disturbance or unrest problems caused by other participants, and other circumstances affecting passenger safety. etc) then, amount paid by Pilgrims/Participants will be fully refunded by A/c payee Cheque / Bank Transfer. but no compensation is payable for consequential loss suffered. You may receive the amount only after 30 days of Cancellation. No refunds will be made for non-working of A/C units of the coaches/rooms while on tour.
Goldenavatar Ventures Private Limited, ISKCON Pilgrimages, does not accept any responsibility for delay or change, missed connection, political disturbance, strike, war, natural calamities, injury, death, sickness, accident, theft, consequential loss or expenses borne by the passengers. Goldenavatar Ventures Private Limited, ISKCON Pilgrimages, on behalf of its management, employees, agents and representatives notify, that no liability will be attached for the loss of person or property caused or damaged, or suffered by the customer on account of deficiency in service rendered or to be rendered by the consent contractors or suppliers of such services including carriers and arranged hotels. Pilgrimage will be confirmed subject to minimum of breakeven, depending to the capacity of the vehicle; otherwise we hold the right to cancel the tour. Cancellation will be informed, before the actual departure. Goldenavatar Ventures Private Limited, ISKCON Pilgrimages, does not undertake any responsibility for non-reimbursement of LFC/LTC Claims.
